In a survey by the Greet CE project conducted in six Central European countries[1] and Portugal altogether over 130 SMEs indicated that they have a strong interest in crowdfunding.

This webinar aims to raise awareness and knowledge of renewable energy investment crowdlending opportunities available to them and other interested parties. It features three leading European crowdfunding service providers (digital platforms) that have relevant geographical and thematic references.

The presentations will introduce renewable energy crowdlending, the three digital platforms focusing on impact investment[2] and sample relevant investments facilitated in Central Europe and Portugal. Crowdfunding has a European regulation now that provides an appropriate legal environment for this financial intermediary activity.

This webinar is organised jointly by two Horizon Europe Interregional Innovation Investments projects focusing on innovation ecosystems development: Greet CE and Greet Geo.
